The main contents of this plan (agreement) are as follows:
1.The service period will end on March 1, 2025.
2.Party A will provide Party B with customisation services for the Ai4.0 investment system for the stock and cryptocurrency markets,
granting Party B the corresponding core elite-level privileges.
3.Party A will provide investment portfolio advice with the aim of achieving
an overall asset return target of 300–1000% within the term of the agreement.
If Party B’s total asset return goal is not met by the end of the contract period,
Party A will compensate Party B for the unachieved profit within one week after the contract expires.
Upon achieving the investment goals, Party B is required to
pay 5–20% of net profits to Party A to pre-purchase related subscription services for the Ai4.0 application system
following its launch and cover Party A's team service costs.
4.Party A will provide Party B with a market value management plan and service for the Academy’s tokens.
If by the end of the market value management term, the market value of the Academy’s tokens is below the purchase value,
Party A will compensate Party B for the price difference and an amount equivalent to Party B’s initial principal investment as profit within
one week after the contract expires.
5.Upon entering into the agreement with Party A, Party B will participate in the Academy's token market value management program
and become an Ai4.0 Core Elite member.
After the application system's launch in 2025, Party B will enjoy an annual lifetime dividend entitlement.
Specific terms will be announced before the application system's launch.
6.Party A will offer Party B priority access to participate in the trader incubation program.
7.Party A will provide Party B with access to paid services for the Ai4.0 investment system.
8.Party A allows Party B to participate in the Academy’s future foundation. If Party B's profits exceed $10 million,
Party B will have the right to a free entry pass into the Academy's future foundation.

9.30 days prior to the expiration of the agreement, all parties may negotiate either a renewal or termination of the agreement.
